Our Engineering Team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technology. We’re seeking talented Software Engineers to contribute to the development of our products and services. You’ll work in an agile environment, participating in two-week sprints and collaborating with top engineers from renowned universities and tech companies. From day one, you'll be hands-on with the code.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage in full life-cycle software development
- Design, implement, and deploy highly scalable and reliable systems
- Develop storage systems, libraries, and frameworks
- Propose new features and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate effectively across various teams
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
What You Have:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or similar (Java is primarily used)
- Openness to new technologies and creative solutions
- Comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive salaries based on experience and market analysis. Initial salary offers are typically in the lower to middle range, with performance-based increases over time. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability; a 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
Annual Base Pay Range: $109,350—$224,500 USD
