Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing analytical data models to support the development of our data warehouse.
• Collaborating with product and customer success teams to enable self-service dashboards and tooling.
• Becoming a subject matter expert in revenue cycle data and metrics.
• Monitoring data quality for the datasets powering our Intelligence product.

Primary Skills:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with transforming and analyzing large-scale data using modern cloud computing platforms (e.g., SparkSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in building data models and pipelines using orchestration software (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
• Experience building reports and dashboards with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Passionate about collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to understand, anticipate, and fulfill their data needs.

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, competitive equity and benefits packages are provided.
