As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our healthcare data ecosystem. We view technology as a tool for solving problems and getting things done, so we prioritize talent over specific tech stacks. What You Will Bring:

  • 3-8+ years of experience in writing production-ready code, conducting code reviews, and working on full-stack design and architecture.
  • Exceptional skills in building scalable data flows and writing production-ready code.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with your team.
  • Demonstrated experience in project ownership, migrations, and successful project execution.
  • Passion and curiosity about improving patient outcomes and connecting health data.

Our compensation philosophy focuses on being competitive externally, fair internally, and providing equitable pay based on benchmarks and industry best practices. The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and responsibilities.
