How will your day look like:

You will be responsible for continuous improvement and maintenance of IT service management processes and systems to ensure business continuity and process automation. Administer Neurons for ITMS and Asset Management tool as a Customer Zero Work with the Business on new projects, implementations, requirements gathering, design, and planning. Develop current processes and solutions and build new integrations. Utilize scripting and programming to automate repetitive tasks. Utilize REST APIs to integrate and automate new systems and processes. What skills will make you successful:

Experience with IT service management tools, particularly Ivanti Service Manager (Neurons for ITSM) Experience in delivering projects and implementing custom solutions Knowledge of IT service management, CMDB, and ITIL business processes Strong technical troubleshooting skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of Database and Server Technologies Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Self-motivated to develop technically. Ability to cope and work under pressure. Able to adapt quickly to change. Flexible and open approach Must be able to work well with others as part of a team but at the same time able to work independently. What skills are nice to have:

Experience with programming or scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML) Experience with REST API Familiarity with Azure Functions and Azure Active Directory ITIL Certified
