Marketing Tech Team

The Marketing Tech team is responsible for building the technology that powers the acquisition and engagement of millions of customers looking to find professionals for their home care service needs. The team works to build new ways to improve our acquisition via SEO, SEM, social media, video ads, and optimizing a variety of bidding algorithms and machine learning models on massive amounts of data to acquire our customers most effectively. The team also supports our Lifecycle Marketing efforts by building out the technology that enables email campaigns and push notifications to most effectively engage our customers. These are personalized to the user so we can deliver the right content, at the right time, using the right channel, to keep our customers engaged. Marketing Tech is continuing to grow and investing in creating a foundational platform for data, tools, measurement, and optimizations; as well as doubling down on its investments in SEO and SEM to make our platform the #1 choice for home care services.
