As a senior member of our team, you'll lead our testing efforts, utilizing automation and manual testing methodologies to deliver superior products to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead automated and manual testing efforts within our product development team
- Develop and implement automated test solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to clients
- Champion quality engineering and testing best practices within the team
- Code complex automated tests for end-to-end, performance, load, scalability, and security testing
- Drive the adoption of new QA tools to enhance testing capabilities
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to understand product vision and requirements
- Set and uphold expectations for quality in each product release
- Create comprehensive test plans, analyze test results, and design test data scenarios
- Document and track defects to resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality framework across the organization
Requirements:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack test automation for modern web applications and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Comfort working in a Linux environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Java
- Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Knowledge of k6 or Gatling for performance testing
- Understanding of Kafka
- Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts
- Background in statistics and healthcare domain is a plus
