Responsibilities
- Customize and configure software to align with client business requirements
- Provide consultative solutions based on understanding of client needs and software functionalities
- Collaborate with internal teams including Business Analysts, Technical Solutions, QA, and Product teams
- Develop expertise in our software solutions and train both internal and external stakeholders
- Generate custom reports using advanced query writing skills
- Implement interfaces to third-party systems utilizing XSLT, XML, and SQL technologies
- Produce comprehensive documentation for technical and business audiences
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, working independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, or similar coding languages, with a preference for MS SQL Server experience
- Strong understanding of Private Credit/ABL/CLO or Trade Portfolio/Investment Compliance preferred
- Experience in financial software implementation, project management, business analysis, or system delivery preferred
- Eagerness to learn new skills, technologies, and deepen finance knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to solicit and incorporate feedback
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and exceptional problem-solving abilities
