Your Role:

As an Enterprise Project Manager, you'll be entrusted with overseeing the strategic development and implementation of projects aimed at delivering products or services, ensuring they meet the highest standards from conception to completion for our clients. Here's what you'll do:

Coordinate closely with the Sales Organization, Training Services, Technology Services, and Operations teams to manage processes, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our client’s expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project, including customers and various client services departments. Occasionally travel for Project Kick-Off, Project Status, Go-Live, or Project Close at the client’s location; up to 25% travel may be required. Take charge of planning and directing schedules of Training and Technology Services. Identify implementation issues and risks, and develop effective resolutions to maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports, and lead executive steering committee meetings as necessary. Collaborate closely with internal/external vendors to ensure project execution within scope and deadlines. Proactively assess potential escalations and take necessary actions to resolve issues before they escalate. Recommend and implement solutions to project-related problems. Work closely with the Sales organization, Operations team, and healthcare facility clients, guiding them through the transition from sales to implementation and operational maintenance. Take ownership of all project amendments and quote creation within Salesforce and CPQ. Monitor the implementation process, schedule, and provide regular status reports to both external and internal management teams. Lead, coordinate, and facilitate client and internal meetings concerning implementation activities. Stay updated on healthcare service implementations and CRM/Project Management technology. Complete all relevant badges for level progression. Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field. PMP Certification is a must. Six Sigma Certification is preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years of relevant business experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience with clinical environments, either through previous clinical training or clinical implementations. Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar products. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels of an organization. A strategic thinker with strong operational and detail-oriented perspectives. Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate effectively. Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Occasional travel may be required as per project demands. Self-directed and well-organized, capable of working independently.
