Job Description:

As a Senior Integrations Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within our organization. Leveraging your expertise in systems integration, you will craft and implement protocols, translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure seamless data flow across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of advanced integration solutions tailored to meet business needs.
• Translate intricate business requirements into robust and reliable integration projects.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of integration solutions, from conception and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop, deploy, and manage APIs, services, and systems connecting various third-party platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Salesforce, SAP, Business) to gather requirements and synchronize efforts on integration initiatives.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration architectures, resolving complex system errors efficiently.
• Offer technical support and guidance related to system integration processes.
• Continuously monitor integration systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and system integration, with a preference for senior-level roles.
• Proficiency with IPAAS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting integrations in Finance and HR Systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce/CPQ, SAP, COUPA, STRIPE).
• Familiarity with tools like POSTMAN, VS Code, and Salesforce developer console is advantageous.
• Strong command of API development, SOA, ESB, and relevant integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., CloudHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a track record of delivering efficient solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• High adaptability in dynamic environments with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this position in the US is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per annum, along with variable compensation and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
