About the Role:

In this role, you’ll tackle the most impactful and challenging problems, managing solutions end to end. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing technical strategies, blending the roles of a project manager, designer, and software architect. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of complex and high-impact problems, handling all aspects from conception to delivery.
• Make smart technical decisions to deliver results efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js/TypeScript, Python, and/or a low-level language.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and structure solutions for large, ambiguous problems.
• Balance technical complexity with practical implementation considerations.
• Broad understanding of various engineering disciplines.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to creating exceptional products with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in an office-based setting (located in Brooklyn, NYC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ambitious, innovative attitude.
• Positive, kind, and proactive in helping and mentoring teammates.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of integrating Large Language Models into workflows.
• Skills in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Background in data engineering and building large-scale technical systems.
• Familiarity with lower-level programming languages such as C/C++/Java.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
