We are building the foundational technology for logistics at scale, creating the operating system that empowers truck drivers. Our comprehensive solution streamlines operations, accelerates cash flow, and enables drivers to focus on growing their businesses.
As a member of our software engineering team, you will tackle diverse and complex challenges—from optimizing geolocation and logistics routes to integrating IoT and SaaS solutions, automating workflows, and developing fintech products.
Examples of projects that you may work on:
- Develop a referral program rewarding drivers for platform referrals.
- Utilize NLP to build a document processing engine for structured data extraction from diverse formats (e.g., PDFs, scanned images) to automate critical workflows.
- Establish deep integrations within the trucking ecosystem, turning capabilities into platform products.
- Enhance scheduling and route optimization algorithms to maximize driver earnings while respecting personal preferences.
- Redesign Tier 1 integration infrastructure to handle 100 times the current load with enhanced performance, visibility, and resilience.
- Design a financial ledger system to manage cash movements across the platform, handling millions of dollars monthly.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions and features.
- Take ownership of projects and features across various systems and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to enhancing engineering processes, standards, and tooling.
What we are looking for
- Strong technical background with at least 3 years of industry experience in software engineering for production systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in a dynamic environment.
- User-focused, delivering incremental improvements through rapid iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for close-knit engineering and cross-functional team environments.
- Experience with web technologies and system design.
Nice to haves
- Full-stack development experience.
- Familiarity with our technical stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Google Cloud.
