Role Overview:

Our client, a leading provider of fintech solutions, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of their upcoming greenfield product. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the vision for this new offering. This role entails market research, crafting go-to-market strategies, fostering external partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver an innovative product that resonates with customers. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you'll be tasked with confidently sharing and implementing strategies with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy.
  • Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to scaling.
  • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships crucial for expanding the product suite.
  • Continuously gather market insights and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively bring the product to market and facilitate its growth.
  • Drive the creation and execution of an analytics-driven, hypothesis-based roadmap.
  • Define product requirements and liaise with the Engineering Team to ensure their implementation.
  • Continually assess, analyze, and optimize the product under your purview.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, proptech, payments, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of launching impactful products from ideation to execution in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships, foster partnerships, and deliver innovative products in collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional work ethic with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Engaging verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including proficient presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Work Environment:

You'll be based in a vibrant office located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio, offering a collaborative workspace overlooking Huntington Park. The office boasts multiple areas for teamwork, numerous conference rooms, and regular company events such as catered lunches and holiday celebrations.
