Job Summary: Our client, a leading provider of software solutions for the Private Capital and Credit markets, is seeking an Engineer II - Front Office Delivery to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Configure product to align with client business requirements, offering recommendations on functional impact.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Technical Solutions teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct product demonstrations, both internally and externally, as necessary.
• Assist in client user training sessions to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.
• Build and expand product knowledge through training, research, and collaboration with senior team members.
• Identify and communicate new market opportunities to the Product team.
• Enhance internal documentation, training materials, and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Evaluate clients' existing business processes to define requirements and implement customized solutions.
• Develop and deliver custom reports using advanced query writing skills.
• Implement interfaces to third-party systems using SQL technologies, XML/Xpath, and XSLT.
• Cultivate expertise within provided software solutions and effectively communicate and train others, internally and externally.
• Produce documentation suitable for technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, working both independently and collaboratively.
• [Preferred] Experience with CLO compliance test suite(s) and working knowledge of CLO indenture structure.
