Our client is currently seeking a full-time Product Manager specializing in Micro Space (Planogramming) and Assortment offerings to join their team in North America.

Location: United States (must reside and work in EST/CST). This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work within the US.

As a part of the Space & Assortment (S&A) Product team, you will work collaboratively within a broader global Product organization. Your role will involve ensuring that North American stakeholders, including prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams, have access to optimal solutions for solving complex Category Management challenges. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap and provide local support to Sales & Operations teams, guiding them on enhancements and additions to the existing and upcoming solution suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap:

    • Develop a compelling product vision for Space & Assortment applications within the broader RELEX Living Retail Platform.
    • Manage strategic, long-term product roadmap initiatives and prioritize new developments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps and development targets.
    • Facilitate customer discovery sessions, design pilots, and validation processes.
    • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, supporting sales efforts and participating in industry events.
  • Operations Guidance/Support:

    • Provide guidance and expertise during strategic customer implementations.
    • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and knowledge sharing.
    • Lead customer roadmap updates and engagements in coordination with internal teams.
  • Sales Guidance/Support:

    • Advise prospects and sales teams on product capabilities and roadmap alignment.
    • Support in RFI and RFP submissions related to roadmap items.
    • Assist in standard demo needs for new modules/capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Category Management with expertise in Planogramming, Floor Planning, and Assortment Planning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Category Management processes in US retail.
  • Familiarity with Vendor-Retailer Collaboration models.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate customer objectives into strategic plans.
