The Role:

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer skilled in Machine Learning to join our team. You will focus on developing robust machine learning models to optimize user interactions for both customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver advanced systems that drive business and user impact.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging both new development and existing components.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing, integrating new technologies as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices in ML engineering, and maintain comprehensive documentation for models and processes.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap development based on business needs.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, with expertise in distributed systems and machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or similar languages.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including supervised learning, large language models, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with popular ML software libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas), deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data munging tools (SQL, Spark) and containerization with Kubernetes.
