About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in developing and directing the technical vision of the platform.
• Engage in all aspects of software development, including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to design and implement scalable and intuitive solutions.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, addressing technical debt while meeting business objectives.
• Oversee development processes, tools, and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with the team on customer interactions, product design, and success strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record as a team lead or manager.
• Experience leading technical projects and designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in web application development, including expertise in React.js, Node.js, AWS, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in e-commerce or the restaurant industry is advantageous.

Technology Stack

• NextJS, Javascript/Typescript, React, CSS, GraphQL
• MongoDB, Heroku (transitioning to AWS), Firebase
• Flutter on mobile (preferred but not required)
