About the Role

• Own the implementation of our data platform and infrastructure, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Develop privacy-preserving federated evaluation systems and microservice architectures.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Golang) and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Strong grasp of testing strategies and frameworks for backend systems.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent coding, testing, and system design skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of privacy-preserving federated evaluation, microservice architectures, and enterprise security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC-2, HITRUST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery or Redshift.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying containerized and serverless applications on GCP or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and processes.
• Experience integrating with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends in health tech.
