Key Responsibilities:

  • Define testing strategies for projects.
  • Estimate the duration of tasks and testing phases in projects.
  • Create testing plans for different stages of the testing process.
  • Monitor adherence to deadlines.
  • Work with risks by analyzing and managing them.
  • Improve and optimize quality control processes in the project.
  • Develop test documentation and keep it up-to-date.
  • Create templates and guidelines for creating coverage matrices.
  • Send daily reports on the status to all stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze metrics in projects, based on overall testing statistics.
  • Lead a team of testers and develop the department: interview candidates, maintain a friendly work environment in the team, and develop individual growth plans for colleagues.
  • Represent the QA team in status meetings.

What We Expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in this position.
  • Strong knowledge of testing theory.
  • Experience in functional testing and integration testing.
  • Ability to perform in-depth testing based on the product's specific nature, including clarifying questions, exploring business logic, and suggesting improvements, on production projects.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive test cases for complex functionalities and prioritizing tasks.
  • Understanding of the current project's testing strategy and the ability to optimize it.
  • Experience in creating or applying a testing strategy from scratch for complex systems/products.
  • Experience in requirements testing.
  • Experience working with requirement traceability matrices.
  • Proficiency in various test design techniques.
  • Knowledge of web service principles in a microservices architecture.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience with Chrome DevTools, Postman.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries.
