About this role
The Growth team is expanding, bringing new challenges and opportunities as we scale, including increased specialization. This is a thrilling opportunity to be the pioneering backend engineer on the Growth team! This role offers a chance for outsized impact, both on the company and our rapidly growing user base.
The Growth team drives our company culture of rapid experimentation and owns many of our key company metrics. A significant number of our experiments focus on enhancing the billing component of our product. As the lead backend engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of this system.
The ideal backend engineer will be passionate about solving problems for end users, building efficient systems that support scale in both user base and product features. Working closely with your growth teammates, you will contribute to the design of systems, help build our engineering culture, and collaborate with full-stack/frontend engineers and PMs to accelerate our Build-Measure-Learn cycle.

$160k-$200k USD salary + Equity + Benefits
