What You Will Do

Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Growth, Product to lead the charge in driving growth for their suite of products, including [Product A], [Product B], and [Product C]. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Growth and Personalization team, collaborating closely with departments such as Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation to craft and execute a cohesive growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll play a central role in shaping the future of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically place the customer at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving increased user engagement, emphasizing the value proposition of our products, and tailoring communication methods to suit our customer base.
  • Forge collaborative partnerships across various stages of the growth lifecycle, from user acquisition to retention, to establish and advocate for a comprehensive company-wide growth vision and strategy.
  • Foster synergy across cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of collaboration where growth is seen as a collective effort leading to mutual success.
  • Direct the Growth and Personalization cross-functional product domain team, comprising members from product management, product design, and engineering.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team leaders, aiding in their professional development and effective team management.
  • Lead the team in driving measurable impact, setting ambitious yet attainable goals aligned with our overarching growth strategy.
  • Identify key activation points, ensuring robust monitoring and measurement mechanisms are in place to drive results effectively.
  • Cultivate a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making, minimizing redundancy and ensuring the validity of cross-experiment results.
  • Identify and pursue new avenues for growth within our product portfolio, aiming for transformative performance enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of system capabilities supporting the entire growth lifecycle, from subscription management to personalized marketing technologies.
  • Assist growth-related teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to analysis and reporting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including business unit leaders and functional heads.
  • Navigate and resolve conflicting constraints swiftly, making informed decisions to propel growth initiatives forward.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles focused on driving growth for SAAS digital products, with a particular emphasis on mobile-first strategies.
  • Leadership experience in fast-growing, complex organizations, preferably with multiple product offerings and over 300 employees.

Industry Expertise:

  • Extensive background in B2C SaaS, with a specialization in mobile-first growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new growth channels.
  • Ability to tailor growth strategies to suit different product lifecycle stages.

Skills:

  • Proactive with a knack for managing both granular tasks and overarching strategies.
  • Proficient in fostering collaborative relationships across diverse departments.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong technical acumen, adept at bridging technology with business requirements.

Other Requirements:

  • Permanent US work authorization.
