Role Description Our client is looking for an Engineering Lead to lead a team building with ML and Computer Vision models while upholding the highest ethical standards. You will manage a team of software engineers building core components of their foundational technology. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code on time that delights users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team building full-stack applications with language models
• Hire and mentor software engineers
• Ensure quality through testing and code reviews
• Integrate with third-party services and data sources
• Drive roadmaps, plan and prioritize features, business metrics, and OKRs

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce or digital marketing and an entrepreneurial drive to stay on top of the evolving landscape. This is a key leadership role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications:

• Degree in CS or related technical field, significant experience with full-stack development
• Hands-on builder with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in recruiting, scaling, and retaining engineering talent
• Passionate about building a culture of engineering excellence
• Ideally has experience with ML and Computer Vision
