Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their Hunt app, with a focus on enhancing the experience for whitetail hunters. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying customer needs, driving product development, and ensuring market success through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for hunt customers by prioritizing and delivering features that cater to the needs of whitetail hunters.
• Take ownership of product delivery, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, usability, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to define scope, success criteria, and ensure seamless product development.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate as necessary to ensure project success.
• Define customer value propositions and collaborate with marketing and business development teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and utilize strong metrics to drive decision-making and measure product success.
• Maintain clear and routine communication across the organization and provide updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a product management role for consumer-facing software.
• Deep passion for hunting, with extensive knowledge of whitetail hunting tactics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a data-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Permanent US work authorization required.
• Ability to travel quarterly for multiple days at a time.

Location:

While our client has a preference for candidates near their corporate offices or Basecamp locations, exceptional candidates outside of these areas will be considered. Relocation assistance is available for outstanding candidates willing to relocate.

Compensation:

Salary range from $140,000 to $175,000, with additional benefits including equity, annual bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, 401k matching, and more.
