Our client, a leader in network automation solutions, is seeking a Senior Network Automation Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will spearhead the automation transformation in network operations, collaborating closely with the executive team and engineering departments.

As a Senior Network Automation Engineer, you will significantly influence the networking industry by championing automation as the solution for network operation challenges. Your work will lead a revolution in NetOps, making no-code automation the standard approach. You'll engage with top-tier professionals in the field, tackling exciting challenges daily.

What You'll Do

  • Become the go-to expert on the client’s no-code network automation platform and product advancements, collaborating with the CEO and R&D teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for knowledge transfer to pre-sales, post-sales engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Develop compelling customer-facing demos and training materials to showcase the benefits of no-code network automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex technical information into accessible resources for customers.
  • Advocate for the value of automation and the client's no-code approach when engaging with customers, industry peers, and internal teams.
  • Foster partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders to enhance customer collaboration.

Who You Are

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (STEM).
  • Possess industry-recognized network certifications such as CCIE or JNCIE (preferred).
  • Have at least 8 years of experience in areas like Network Operations, Network Change, or Network Planning, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Familiarity with network management tools such as Network Monitoring and Incident Management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation in network operations.

What We Offer

Our client provides a competitive compensation package, acknowledging the significant contributions of its employees. The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $170,000, with additional bonuses and stock options. The final salary is determined based on market factors and individual qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes stock options, 401k, and medical/dental coverage.
