About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Consulting Enablement and Training Manager to join their growing team. This critical role will help empower sales growth and ensure the effectiveness of enablement programs through methodical execution on onboarding, ramp, upskilling, and reskilling of the sales teams. A successful candidate will build training programs and curriculum in coordination with the team’s objectives and product rollout plans, craft enablement assets, facilitate live training sessions, coach, run simulations, and prepare on-demand resources.

As a Sales Consulting Enablement and Training Manager, you will report to the VP of Global Enablement and collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Consulting leadership organizations as well as subject matter experts across the company to ensure our sales consulting teams are best-equipped to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Training Content:

    • Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, including presentations, videos, documentation, etc.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales leaders, product marketing, and product teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest industry trends and product developments.
    • Optimize marketing content for engagement and effective customer interactions.
  2. Curriculum Design:

    • Create a structured training curriculum that aligns with the specific needs of the sales consulting team and the strategic priorities of the business.
    • Continuously adapt and evolve the curriculum to address changing market conditions and emerging trends in the industry.
  3. Elevate Onboarding Experience:

    • Manage and enhance the sales onboarding program to dramatically expedite the ramp-up process for new sales hires.
    • Introduce and promote innovative learning tools and sales techniques to scale onboarding as the company grows.
  4. Product Certification:

    • Ensure that all members of the sales consulting organization are certified on all company solutions.
    • Build and manage product and vertical certification programs.
  5. Demo Capability:

    • Ensure that all members of the sales consulting organization can demonstrate all company solutions.
  6. Work with Product Team:

    • Work regularly with the product team to understand the latest product enhancements and build and deliver updated training for the sales consulting organization.
  7. Coach Talent:

    • Co-design the coaching program with sales leadership to ensure every customer-facing team member has optimal performance and is prepared to succeed.
  8. Be a Passionate Coach and Advocate:

    • Be an outstanding expert in the company's product suite, gain deep knowledge of the customer and the market.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales consulting enablement or direct sales consulting within the enterprise SaaS industry, preferably in fraud protection, identity verification, identity management, or digital customer acquisition.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or other), and the buyer's journey.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data-driven approach with a track record of setting and achieving success metrics and qualifying improvements.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead with passion and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.
