Compensation: $143,000 - $198,000 USD annually, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's platform by leveraging data to gain deep insights into customer behavior. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to address critical business questions, provide data-driven insights, and establish KPIs to enhance our user experience. Additionally, as an early member of the data team, you will contribute to the enhancement of our data infrastructure by building robust and scalable data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams and key stakeholders to analyze customer engagement with the platform, identifying growth opportunities and actionable insights.
- Define success metrics for products and business initiatives, and develop monitoring tools to track KPIs effectively.
- Lead and mentor both technical and non-technical team members, providing guidance on executing experiments and analyzing data.
- Enhance data foundation, experimentation, and machine learning capabilities, contributing to the strategic roadmap for developing new pipelines and tools.
- Work with tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, and Fivetran to improve platform capabilities and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey.
About You:
You will excel in this role if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate leadership in mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative data science practice.
- Possess a track record of delivering high-quality, reproducible analysis that influences company strategy and decision-making.
- Are proficient in applied statistics, segmentation, and experimentation, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Have strong skills in SQL and a programming language such as Python or R.
- Exhibit a curious mindset and a willingness to delve into business and product data.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, solving complex problems with agility and creativity.
