About the Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing front-end components and workflows for cutting-edge customer-facing applications. You will collaborate with a UX designer and the core Product team to create and maintain technical project plans and delivery timelines. Additionally, you will handle bug fixes and feature enhancements for existing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end components and workflows for next-generation customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers and the core Product team to develop and maintain technical project plans and delivery schedules.
• Address bug fixes and implement feature improvements for current applications.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in modern JavaScript stack, including frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Express, and Capacitor, with 6+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in developing customer-facing software, including mobile applications, preferably within regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance).
• Proficiency in using git for version control.
• Ability to work autonomously within a small, remote startup team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
• Effective communication skills for discussing technical concepts and project plans with non-technical team members.
