We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven AI/ML Lead to join our client's expanding Data Science Services (DSS) team in North America. Our client serves various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and healthcare, by accelerating the discovery, development, and manufacturing of new drugs, therapies, and vaccines.

As an AI/ML Lead, you will collaborate with global teams consisting of engineers, researchers, scientists, architects, and consultants to drive Digital Transformation & AIML initiatives primarily within the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for staying updated with the latest AIML trends and technologies to support our client's enterprise vision and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and technology partners to plan and execute projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to master emerging standards, frameworks, and AIML use cases.
  • Architect complex AIML solutions and oversee their deployment in production environments.
  • Act as a thought leader, representing our client in conferences and industry events.
  • Contribute to knowledge dissemination through the publication of whitepapers, online articles, and peer-reviewed articles.
  • Support leadership in further developing and expanding the data science business.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data sciences, computer science/engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex AIML solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data & ML lifecycle management, MDLC, and MLOps.
  • 3+ years of experience with traditional ML, deep learning, and/or generative AI.
  • 3+ years of experience working with major data modalities (text, images, omics, graphs, etc.).
  • Expertise in programming languages and ML libraries (Python, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud deployment for AIML solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, DataBricks, etc.).

Good To Have:

  • Background in health sciences or experience working with health or real-world data.
  • Background in life sciences or experience working with omics data for AIML.
