As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the development and deployment of web applications used by numerous independent insurance agents. This role involves collaborating closely with the founders to build new features and optimize existing software. You will be part of a dynamic team that is innovating and transforming the future of insurance. This position is full-time and based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the founders to enhance platform functionality and introduce new features.
• Improve the current codebase to boost agility.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure better performance, scalability, and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in full-stack web development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with standard codebase practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of databases, system architecture, and scalable solution design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for technical concepts.
