Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer eager to join a fast-paced startup team focused on building powerful, intuitive AI data solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about application and platform systems involving ML models, data pipelines, and applications, with a high proficiency in React and Python.

In your daily work, you'll collaborate with the engineering team to develop applications for GenAI copilots and agents. You'll design and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and contribute to the backend API system for cloud or on-prem deployments. This role involves extensive collaboration with ML engineers, designers, and end users to build innovative solutions.

Requirements for the Role

• 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
• Proficient in developing web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• 2+ years of experience developing with Python
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and routing
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux
• Experience with backend API system development and deployment on AWS cloud services
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, exchange knowledge with colleagues, and stay current with new trends
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience converting user stories into technical tasks and documenting those in project management software

Nice to Have

• Prior startup experience
• Experience in building ML applications or ML platforms
• Experience in projects involving LLMs

Location and Compensation

This position is based in Palo Alto, California, and is an in-office, full-time role.

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
