Our focus is on leveraging ambient AI to automate documentation, allowing clinicians to concentrate on providing care rather than documenting it. Trained using one of the world’s largest databases of patient conversations, our platform empowers providers by transforming patient conversations into fully customizable, detailed clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of AI models that are core to our product offerings.
• Collaborate with product teams to spearhead cross-functional initiatives aimed at building and deploying products that delight our customers.
• Drive performance improvements in technical infrastructure, AI modeling, and the performance of individual team members.

About You

• You are an ML expert with familiarity or a strong desire to quickly learn about Large Language Models (LLMs).
• You have managed or led teams of five or more individuals.
• You can inspire and motivate a team of research scientists.
• You have experience working with applied AI and collaborating with product teams.
• You are passionate about integrating AI into healthcare.
