About the Position

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Lending Products team in San Francisco. In this role, you will contribute to building a scalable platform that supports our range of financial services. The Lending Products team oversees the user journey for all financing products, collaborating across the organization to launch new products and enhance existing ones. As a key member, you will own and innovate our core lending platform, driving infrastructure enhancements to accelerate product development and ensure robust performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ownership of our core lending platform and user experiences across all lending products.
• Architecting and leading infrastructure initiatives to enhance our lending platform’s capabilities and efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and design new products and experiments.

What We’re Searching For:

• Passion for building high-quality software and a strong commitment to engineering excellence.
• Comfort in leading product development initiatives from conception to execution.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, small-team environment and contributing to foundational company initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience in a product-focused backend engineering role, ideally in a leadership capacity.
