Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and hands-on development to support our existing engineers (interns) and drive key projects forward.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend

technologies, and the ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of interns to support the development of web applications for the 10th Inning Ventures platform.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of new features for our athlete
• development and recruitment tools.
• Ensure high-quality code by performing code reviews and providing mentorship to
• interns, helping them grow in their skills.
• Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and frontend components using modern
• frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Firebase).
• Implement performance tracking and data visualization features for athletes using
• real-time data collection.
• Integrate computer vision and data analytics tools to enhance our athlete performance
• platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring optimal platform
• performance.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and ensure all development follows best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with demonstrated
• expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, Redux, and
• related technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and real-time databases like
• Firebase.
• Experience with computer vision or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior developers is a plus
