Responsibilities

• End-to-End Collaboration: Engage throughout the product lifecycle, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-quality software that enhances user experience.

• Engineering Leadership: Define and uphold engineering standards to ensure top-tier product quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of frontend development experience in enterprise environments, focusing on complex or data-intensive systems.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React (preferred), TypeScript, Critical Render Path (CRP), and CSS.
• Experience in implementing design systems based on Figma or similar tools.
• Expertise in frontend and backend testing strategies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with backend languages or databases such as Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate team members through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerized and serverless applications on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and workflows.
• Background in integrating with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges in health tech.
