As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the bridge between customer needs and the Engineering team, guiding the development of cloud-native applications in an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include decomposing Epics and Features into actionable user stories, prioritizing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate customer and user insights throughout the planning and execution process, ensuring continuous validation of features and stories.
  • Establish feedback loops between the Agile team and various stakeholders to drive product improvements.
  • Analyze feedback data to recommend product enhancements and prioritize backlog items.
  • Participate in technical enablement sessions and advocate for the customer in decision-making processes.
  • Define acceptance criteria and success metrics for the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with senior Product Managers to execute the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Champion Technical Product Management best practices and standards within the organization.
  • Foster a community of practice focused on Agile and Lean principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with open-source communities and developer evangelism.
  • Proficiency in Linux, command line, Docker containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and build systems.
  • Ability to make clear prioritization decisions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Preference for Certified Scrum Product Owners and experience in application security or similar domains.
