Scientists often spend months learning and coding pipelines that quickly become obsolete. Our innovative “digital agents” create on-demand custom workflows using natural language in just minutes, allowing scientists to dedicate more time to high-quality experiments.

We conduct cutting-edge AI research and develop state-of-the-art products. Our team has pioneered a network of specialized AI agents that fully automate end-to-end dry-lab processes using just natural language. This includes:

• RNA/DNA sequence processing
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and converting unstructured data to structured data

You are a driven and ambitious engineer, eager to define your early career through fundamental AI research and applied machine learning. What You Will Do

• Contribute significantly to the engineering culture, with a focus on high product velocity—shipping is winning.
• Develop and maintain our web application using React for the front end and Python/Django for the back end.
• Integrate Generative AI APIs (such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA) into web applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Utilize AWS services for deployment, scaling, and management of applications.

What You Need to Succeed

• High proficiency in React and Python.
• Experience with Django (preferred but not necessary).
• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Familiarity with Generative AI APIs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in-person in San Francisco.
